Is there a cost to book a speaker?
Yes, most of our speakers do charge an honorarium or speaking fee. The rate may vary depending on the speaker, event format, and location.

The speaking fee typically includes the presentation itself, preparation time, and collaboration with your team to tailor content. Travel is included, when applicable. The even host is responsible for long-distance travel expenses, local ground transportation, and hotel accommodations when applicable.
Does it cost more for a longer presentation?
Fees may increase for extended sessions, workshops, or multiple appearances in a single day. We’re happy to discuss options that align with your budget and goals.

Most presentations range from 45 to 60 minutes, with optional Q&A sessions. Workshops and interactive sessions may run longer.
Is CME included in the presentation?
CME (Continuing Medical Education) is not automatically included with all presentations. However, some sessions may be eligible for CME credit depending on the topic and speaker credentials. The MSV is able to accredit Speakers Bureau presentations for AMA PRA Category 1 credit. If you’re interested in offering CME for your event, we can help you explore options or provide the information needed to apply through your accrediting body.
