A major focus of Dustin's work is SafeHaven™, MSV's nationally recognized clinician well-being program. He has helped drive the growth of SafeHaven across Virginia and has played a leading role in expanding the model through partnerships with state medical societies, healthcare associations, health systems, and medical groups nationwide. Under his leadership, SafeHaven has broadened access to confidential counseling, peer support, coaching, and mental well-being resources, helping clinicians navigate the unique challenges of practicing medicine while reducing barriers to seeking support.
Known for building collaborative partnerships and identifying innovative solutions, Dustin is passionate about advancing physician well-being, strengthening healthcare organizations, and developing sustainable programs that support the long-term success of clinicians and the communities they serve.

STEP 2: Research Speakers, Determine Event, Decide Dates
- Discuss why you would like to Research the topics and speakers you are most interested in.
- Determine the type of event: In-Person vs. Virtual. Standard presentations are 60 minutes (45-50 minutes of speaking and time left for questions).
- Choose tentative dates and times for your booking.
STEP 3: Figure Out Budget and Confirm Funding
Speaker engagements can begin at $2,500 for a virtual event and begin at $4,550 for an in-person event. Pricing is all-inclusive with speaker honorariums, travel and accommodations, event team management training, and virtual tech assistance. The final total can vary depending on the specific speaker chosen.

STEP 4: Request Speaker
It is recommended that you reach out to the Speakers Team to start the booking process as early as possible. Eight to 12 weeks prior to your event is most ideal.
The busiest months are January-April and September-November.
